Adaptive CC

I was able to disable the ACC and switch to regular CC. I haven't tried it yet but I'm hoping it doesn't default to ACC with every restart.

I also wanted to permanently override the engine on/off feature. I know I can do it with the OFF switch but it defaults back to on/off. I guess eventually I will remember to hit the OFF switch before I start to drive. Maybe?

My next project is to figure out how to turn off the audio. Every time I start the car, whatever was last playing on my phone begins to play.

On my 23 the cruise stays on whatever style I selected, it won't change until I go in and change it.

The auto stop/start can be permanently turned off thru forscan or by buying an add on module like https://www.autostopeliminator.com/...tostop-eliminator?_pos=1&_fid=024e1a167&_ss=c I have one on my 23.

Turn off Bluetooth on your phone and the audio will not access your phone every time you start the car.

I bought the Autostop Eliminator. The instillation looks simple. Below is a link for their video that shows just how simple and easy it is. The video has sound but no narration. My problem is I can't remove the original connector. I can't see the back side of the connector and can't feel any clip release. I'm in Minnesota and spent 30 minutes trying to disconnect this. My fingers are numb and I gave up. Any suggestions other than moving south?

My fingers finally thawed out yesterday and I was able to feel the release on the back side of the connector. I installed the Autostop Eliminator and it is working fine. Off to Florida on Saturday.
