4wd Temporarily Disabled No DTC Codes

I have a 2020 Ford Explorer ST. This is my second one because the first was rear-ended and totaled.

I am getting '4wd Temporarily Disabled' messages anytime the tires spin a bit. The first time I got the '4wd Temporarily Disabled' was a couple months ago spinning the tires getting a car wash and then doing a hard launch. I thought it might have been because the dealership sold it with winter tires and they weren't gripping well in the warmer weather. In the snow, the 4wd is basically useless. I can barely get a couple hundred feet down the road in Normal mode before the 4WD disables. I've seen the other posts about it possibly being the Speed Sensor, AWD Module, or Front Axle Disconnect Actuator, but I am not getting any codes. The dealership is saying nothing is wrong and this is 'normal' behavior, but that can't be right. My first ST I would put in sport mode and rip around in the snow. It would spin the tires and just keep going. It never disabled the 4wd.

Here's a quick video of it happening this past Saturday: https://photos.app.goo.gl/LyTxZMHFkNPRMEZF8.

Any suggestions on what else it could be? I pushed back to with the dealership and they are going to take another look tomorrow, but I am not hopefully that they will find anything since it doesn't have any codes. Only other thing wrong with it is 3 of 4 TPMS sensors are offline, but the dealership is replacing them under the Blue Certified Warranty.

Thanks!
