2026 ST, Android phone doesn't download contacts

My 2026 doesn't download my contacts in the infotainment system. I searched but didn't find an answer. When someone calls or texts, it shows the number, but not the name. Am I not doing something wrong? In my 2013SHO and 2019 S550, it does it automatically.
