2025 Messaging Seats Issue

I’ve had my 2025 since August 2024. Up until 2 weeks ago everything has been perfect. Now when I start the car one of the massage sections on the back of seat inflates to 4 and I have to go into the seats section and lower it back to 1. If I turn off the car and restart it goes back to 4. Anyone else have a similar issue?
