I just upgraded my 2021 Explorer ST to a 2025. One of the things they removed is the kick to open liftgate. Does anyone know if the wiring is still there? Hoping I could add the module to add that feature back.

I know a lot of people here have had problems with that, but I will just comment that in four years mine has worked flawlessly every time. Also, it would only open when I asked, never by itself.
Don't know if anyone attempted the handsfree addition on a 25, but you can check to the left of the right exhaust for the wires. If they're there it most likely will work.
I removed the "dummy" controller and installed a functional one, works great. It's a PITA to get the screw back in that holds the controller. Here's a link to an earlier post that shows the steps needed. https://www.explorerst.org/threads/...gate-late-22-and-23-explorer.5291/post-111204
