2025 Explorer (Job2) missing rear air duct

Just purchased a Job2 build (build date 03/29/25) and when turning on the rear climate system, I could hear the fan/blower moving air and the lower heat part works fine, but no air from roof vents, just pulled the c-pillar trim panel and found the duct part connecting the unit to the roof vents is missing, anyone else experienced this? I know easy warranty repair, but just odd how it left the factory without that.

Part #: LB5Z19C680BD (highlighted in gold in picture) is what's missing.

Did they also forget the moon roof drain hose that's (supposed to be) attached to the duct?

Nope, thankfully the drain hose is there correctly installed (guess I should be happy they included that!!) - smh
