2025 bench install

Hi, I wanted to add a second row bench for my 25 explorer, I’ve searched around and found little info on seats for sale for a whole bench set.

any help or info on this to get a bench row installed on my 25 would be greatly appreciated

I sure would like to know why our 25's her in the states did not have the option for the 2nd row bench seat. In Canada they were an option on 25's. I hate the captains chairs on my 25' and wish I could have ordered it with the bench seat.

Yea, the captains chairs are nice but the bench is just more useful in my opinion

The only problem is many of the used seats aren’t heated from a used explorer. But I want to keep that functionality

The bench seats are now an option on 2026 cars. The process to swap the seats out are no different then older years, however sourcing the seats might be hard. The only upholstery that would match you car would be a 2026+ ST bench seats, which probably won’t be cheap:

And that’s what I’m trying to avoid is spending an arm and a leg To do this. Especially since the 26s have the option for it

ideally I’d find an st line which has the option for a second row bench with heated seats
