2022 Ford Explorer ST missing trailer harness question

am I missing something, I think I should have gotten wiring harness for the trailer hitch factory installed? according to the info I could find I should have received a 7-Wire Harness & 4-/7-Pin Connector, just purchased on 12/22/22 build date was 11/22 before i start up the chain can someone correct me that I should have received or not?? referring to wiring bundle that plugs into the receptacles under rear bumper ?

Yes, it was part of my ST package? everything i read indicates that it was part of the package?
