2020 st crank no start

I have a 2020 ford explorer st that turns over but won’t start. Forscan shows FP on FP%49 FPl_CMD off
FPM%40.40 could someone please help.

Have you had this happen before?
Yes when the fuel level is low and you're parked on an incline, fuel doesn't get to the fuel pump and engine either won't start or stalls. Usually adding 2-3 gallons of gas will make it start unless you're fuel pump gets damaged. This is an known design flaw on this model.

Yes it for some bad gas we drained everything and it just cranks but no start. I’ve added 10gallons of new fresh gas
