2020 explorer window malfunction

So I was messing around with forscan and enable global close for my windows then tested to see if it worked but when it didn't I disabled it and now my passenger window is only rolling down and up a few inches at a time so if anyone knows what to do let me know

Rule #1: back up every module's original As-Built data before tweaking anything.

Did you select each module individually (such as BCM, IPC, APIM), choose the AS-BUILT format, and click Save All to back up the original factory hex codes to your computer before changing anything?

I was in the PDM, not as-built and I did save all but I don't know if it actually did or not because the laptop I was using randomly updated itself
