Hello All,

I didn’t find my answer while digging in the 2020 FPIU groups and I know yall figured this out already and hope maybe somone can help me with this simple request?

I have a 2020 FPIU and I would like the Parking Brane to engage when I park the car everytime via either shifting to park or when I turn the key off.

can anyone tell me exactly which ForScan options to change for this?

if possible since I don’t have the dash button, can I also get auto brake hold to work when on a hill etc or do I need the actual button for that?

Lastly, I was told that after some bulletin/TSB or recall we all should have this parking brake feature turned on by default as it was to prevent some roll way issue they had but my VIN isn’t showing any such recall.

my 2023 FPIU doesn’t have any of this either which sucks.

I hate manually turning the brake on upon parking.

thank you very much.

You can’t enable it via Forcan. It is actually unknown how to enable or disable it period (for us non-Ford programmers).

Ok, so I need to visit the dealer for them to enable this for me? I see many have it so I just have to try the dealer and see.
Thanks for confirming ForScan can’t do it so I don’t waste anymore time looking for it

No dealer would do it for you either.
