20 Inch Wheel - Lug Nut Question

I recently put on 20 inch wheels for better traction in snow and sand. The lug nuts that I am using have the following dimensions and they seem to be sticking out too much (attached pictures). Any ideas would be appreciated - shorter ones if possible?

Size: 14mmX1.5
Lug Nuts Thread: M14x1.5
Lug Nuts Hex Size: 7/8"
Lug Nuts Overall Diameter: 1.19"(30mm)
Lug Nuts Height: 1.58"(40mm)
