    Canadian Built ST

It’s important to bare in mind the majority of braking occurs on the front brakes, as that is the bias as set by Ford and most other manufacturers. Looking at the pic you posted of the rear rotor on your vehicle and the amount of rust on the surface, I wonder how much mileage you have on the...

Not yet, FORscan has not updated the vehicle database to include all 2023 models as of now. Connectivity is still somewhat limited. I’m hoping with the next update I’ll be able to access more modules. Really getting tired of the double honk lol.

You’re welcome. Bugs me to no end they removed the module as it’s standard equipment on the ST, especially when you live in Canada or a State that has cold winters, or a State that is really warm year round.

I bought them from Late Model Restoration and paid $42.99 each for them. I’ve bought stuff from CJ Pony Parts before and they’re good to deal with also.

Knowing the worldwide semiconductor shortage is not likely to ease before 2024/25 I didn’t want to be without the option that long. We in Canada have not been advised Ford will make the parts available to us when supply increases.

You have to open the arm rest lid and put a pry tool between the cover where the control module comes through and pry towards the back of the vehicle. It is held on by 6 clips, 3 on each side. Once the panel pulls away from the console, use your fingers to pull rearwards.

No the rear climate controls were plug and play, no settings needed changing. I haven’t looked into the handsfree lift gate parts as I have read on here others have issues with them opening and closing unexpectedly...
