    Knock Sensors Location?

Was wondering if anyone knew or could point me to the right direction on where the knock sensors are located? Making runs, I keep noticing the knock sensors going up on a WOT run, nearing +4. Happens going above 50, checked the fuel and OAR is at or near -.096 the whole time so dont think its...

2025 Tuning update!!! This is what you have been waiting for plus initial results!

So we can expect the 25 to have a nicer curve line but less overall peak power as opposed to the 2020? Was not aware the Turbo's were slight smaller, thought they were the same 39mm size

2025 Tuning update!!! This is what you have been waiting for plus initial results!

There was a video of a 2020 with Dp's vs a 2025 on mixed fuel, the 2020 was barely pulling on it at high end. And no, the downpipes wasnt the difference maker on a stock tune, it could actually make it worse running rich/lean. Matter of fact, it was Tyler Clark's 25 ST lol

    New Rear Differential, Break In?

What is the proper protocol for these vehicles far as proper break in? On any of my new vehicles, I have always taken it easy on the first 1k miles but have read different statements regarding the rear differential fluid, some say it needs to be replaced after the first 500 miles, others say no...

COBB Accessport - Goosetuned Tuning thread

Those are amazing numbers! Good ish Goose! So PIU tuning only thru HP Tuners and ST thru Cobb? Or do you also tune ST's thru HP Tuners now?

FS F/S parts off 22 ST

The handheld is a livernois mycalibrator and tune was made from Livernois. Ford just slapped their name on the handheld and tune, but it was created by Livernois. Regardless, the handheld is vin locked to your specific vehicle

    Post your Dragy times.

2020 Platinum GH AO Tune, CV FMIC, AEM Drop In Filter, "Great" California 91 Octane Couldn't for the life of me launch above 2200 RPM without wheel hopping. Best run came at 2100 RPM launch. Still trapped pretty decent despite the high DA and humid weather. Definitely need better tires, should...

Anyone in the Detroit area want to do me a favor?

Im actually surprised they let you rent the toy hauler considering its way over the towing limit especially the tongue weight Glad to know it towed well for any emergency times

FS F/S parts off 22 ST

Its vin locked so not possible. If anyone can do it, itll be livernois only as it is their tune and handheld tuner. They also charge $300~ to unlock their handhelds

    Steeda Subframe bushings

Well, unfortunately, these are no good for the Platinum Explorer's. The road noise was extremely noticeable after installing the inserts on any speed, pretty loud on a flat road. Made sure the inserts were installed correctly and re-checked the bolts were torqued properly after driving with...

    JXB bushing insert

Do you have the JXB inserts installed? Just looking at options if they're even worth spending the money on. Increased NVH, seems like more like an annoyance dealing with the clanking sound than the unknown longer bushing life.

Any significant audio hardware changes for ‘25 w 14 speaker system?

I take it, the front sub is in the middle area between the captain chairs? Any pics? It would be nice if they would add midbass speaker's like BMW does in the front seats. For the most part, the bass still sounds great in the HK system.

    JXB bushing insert

So seems like its a hit or miss on them for the 2 bolt people, so best to just stick with the Whoosh Stronger bolts instead But even then, wont the 12.4 bolts be more prone to breaking IF it bends as opposed to the stock 10.9? Wouldn't the 10.9 benefit more especially for the rears that move a lot?

COBB Accessport - Goosetuned Tuning thread

Main thing you need to be worrying about is beefing up the rear end if you have a late 2021 - 2024 Explorer ST, single bolt's tend to break. Top off your transmission fluid if its below the line, always add 6.5 qts of oil during oil changes for those hard launches. Add steeda toe links and...

    ST's are like buses...

Regarding the original post, i mean there's literally a Ford dealer about a mile away from Valencia and Soledad Cyn lol Would be weird not seeing any ST's nearby

    More dealer service problems

NONE of the Explorer ST's from any year's came with an engine cover nor did the Platinum's....Only side covers which was for 2020 only. The 2.3 Explorer's however do, are you sure you dont have an ST-Line? Did you pay for the oil change or was it one of the freebies? They will never add full...

Fullscreen Android Auto/CarPlay Mod Is Here for Sync3 10P Screen!! [FMods Team 10 Pees]

As others posted, its a hit and miss. Got mine fully done under 10 min. Make sure the Sync 3 is fully updated. RC1 is the way to go, there still some small bugs but its reliable. Make sure when installing RC1, you move the files to the root dir. Else, it wont work. Also, wont play nice with...

    Regular or Premium

On a N/A engine, that would be correct. However, an FI engine such as the one in the ST, air pressure is increased by the power adder. So yes, higher octane would still matter and can still make a difference even in 4k elevation for the ST.
