    Install J&L catch can

I'll check mine... perhaps I broke them and did not notice.

    Install J&L catch can

As I recall, the fittings were similar to those on my Mustang. There is a small blue tab that I pulled back, then pulled the hose off at that end. It took more force than I thought, but the retention piece (blue tab) remained intact. Repeated 3 times. I saved the old hoses which now would...

    Install J&L catch can

When I installed on the 2025, no hose cutting was required. I do recall an over/under routing.of the new hoses. Check the pics below.

What are the best carmats for the ST

I used Ford Points and got the Ford All-Weather mats for front, second, and third row. Almost covers everything in rubber and they fit well. I use the WeatherTech cargo mat with the split for the third row seats. I am pleased with the looks and performance of this selection.

    Differential Brace & Warranty

I did not know that. Considering I backed up on ramps - it makes sense. Now I may have another project - I fought with this for a bit thinking I was doing something wrong but could not will the bolt into the space. Now I understand I need to create space... Thanks for this.

    Differential Brace & Warranty

Team: As evidence I followed advice on this topic, I have photos. The first shows the differential brace. The second is the modification I had to make - there was no manner to insert an original or replacement bolt in the top section... I used a socket-head cap screw and modified an Allen...

    My 2024 ST

Welcome? I cannot say I have had a similar experience. With only ~800 miles; this truck sat for a while. Mine had 1426 miles when NEW. It was a demo vehicle for the dealer. That was low mileage for an AUG 2024 build when I bought in FEB 2025. There may be others with insight to your...

    New ST owner!

Welcome! This forum is a wealth of information for many modifications - performance, handling, and aesthetic. There is a lot of advice here. I, too, am a new owner since FEB 2025. There is a rabbit-hole of mods limited only by time and $$$.

    First World Problem....

Have you considered performance in a can? Sand, Prime, and Paint the shade of red you desire. I did not want a bright blue anti-sway bar - Steeda supplied bright blue. I painted it grey since that was an innocuous color and I happened to have it on hand. Looks nice IMHO since I don't notice...

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

Today, I installed the ID-Speed (Custom Performance Engineering) Rear Differential Brace. I had a few hiccups in the install: 1) The furthest bolt on the passenger side would not fit when the mount was in place. I put in a shorter socket-head cap screw. 2) The aluminum mount for the bushing...

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

I did the same and noticed a difference right away. While it took me an embarrassingly long time to install, I was pleased with the result. I did sand, primer, and paint the bar grey -- I did not want the blue peeking out of the fender well.

Hi. My name is Ronini and I have a problem

Nice color. Explorers have a lot of options after-market. It can be difficult to stop modding. @UNBROKEN has a good example.

    New Bluetooth Device....Tracker

You may want to check around your battery for extra boxes. I bought a Mustang GT used and found a lo-jack cellular module attached. I never had an issue but I removed it from the car and disposed of it. Just an idea.

    Parking Brake Fault

I usually set the brake prior to putting the vehicle in Park. I have had this happen 3 or 4 times. I notice when I am faster in the process it was more likely to occur. I unselected the brake. Cycled engine on, reset brake, put in park, and shutdown. All was well. Not the same situation as...
