I'll keep an eye out for it after remote starting. Have taken mine in to Ford but they could not diagnose the problem unless fault is active.

Just got my Borla ATAK installed and must say I drive in sport mode a lot more now! The exhaust notes really come to life at 3000rpm and up. Overall happy with this exhaust upgrade.

I'm still getting this fault intermittently. My initial thoughts were maybe its linked to colder temperatures ? It was 0 C (32 F) over here yesterday (which is not extremely cold) and I got the fault message again. I have a service call arranged next week with my Ford dealer. I'll post back...

For the most part the Auto Hold feature has been working great but I do occasionally get an Auto Hold System Fault message on my dash and the Auto Hold feature does not engage? If I shut off and restart the engine it seems to correct the problem but not sure what's causing the fault message to...

I used the set feature on the rear hatch (set to the highest setting) and so far so good...haven't had a halfway stop since....

Nice ! I went with Ford OEM 20" rims.....over the top for winter rims that's for sure !

Figured I'd post here first on behalf of us Canadian ST owners.....Got my ST fitted with 20" Bridgestone Blizzaks so far so good!

I got the ST street pack which adds the 21' rims and beefed up red calipers all factory installed and delivered. Don't think the high performance package was offered in Canada so can't speak to that but I found another thread in these forums you might want to read up on for more insight...

Wondering if any other cold weather ST owners get these 'popping' sounds from the exhaust during cold weather start ups? What could be causing those sounds and is it normal when the engine is cold and idling?

I have had this happen to me as well. Only opens about half way at random times? Nice to know there is a setting feature for the rear hatch. Gonna reset it and hopefully that solves the problem....

Thanks for this info. I checked with my guy and he uses Xpel products so pre-cut kit is definitely an option. However another option is to just leave off the lettering....I must agree it does give the front hood a nice clean look

Thinking about getting a paint protection film but worried about the Explorer lettering on the front hood. My local shop telling me they will remove the lettering to apply the film and then re-install the lettering on the film. Has anyone had it done this way or better to just apply the film...

First time Ford Explorer buyer from Guelph Ontario Canada and had to go with the ST street pack and all! Glad I found this forum and looking forward to participating/checking in on all the useful and informative ST forum topics.
