I finally received the FenFab V2 intake, so I installed it and the CVF hot side pipes today. The next mod is the RSA stage 1 transmission (currently being built), then its time to install the CRP stage 5 turbos, Nostrum big bore HPFP and Stage 3 injectors.

I got a little bit accomplished today. Installed a new set of NGK plugs, the subframe lockout kit & the PPE trans pan. Also serviced both diffs, transfer case & trans.

I run 97 most of the time (E50).

If you check your door sticker, you should find your axle code. Mine is 3B. According to the ford towing guide for the Explorer, that corresponds to a 3.58 rear axle ratio, non-limited slip. Also, they list the ST only as having the 3.58 with the 3.0 ecoboost. 3A = 3.31 3B = 3.58 3C = 3.73...

That dyno run was on E45. 3.58 is the final drive ratio.

Here's the settings I used from info I found. It got really close to my actual dyno numbers. I was mainly using it to see the HP/TQ difference from tune revisions.
