    Welcome to the forum. Even with 48,000 miles, I think that stinks that this would happen on a two year old vehicle. If you ever thought of an aftermarket exhaust, now you have a good excuse to get one. :)

    Contact your lawyer. Ford had no problem taking your money when you purchased the vehicle. Ford has bought back a bunch of them, they shouldn't be giving you grief with all the trouble you've had.

    Back in the day, I had a Garmin GPS that allowed you to put in a name for the destination. A lot of times she would announce "Arriving at Karen's big butt." I found that more humorous than the wife did. :D

    No issue with either Ford that I own . I never "top off" once the pump shuts off though.
