Time to replace the OEM tires

The PS4 A/S did well in the heavy snow IMO. I do agree they are more performance oriented, if it’s just a grocery getter then Pirelli WeatherActives are a great option. I just love the PS4 A/S. I’ve driven them everywhere from Colorados heavy snow to corner carving on the backroads, and I love them.

    Warranty-Safe Performance Mods

This is exactly my thought process. Ford would be able to attribute anything to whatever problem. So many electronics and crap that it’d be hard to fight them on it. Unless you have a dealer who’s going to fight Ford and show them it didn’t cause the problem, which is extremely rare to find that...

    Rear Muffler Heat Shields

Corsa cat backs have a tendency to drone and have an odd sound IMO. What type of tingy sound? Is it tinny?

Time to replace the OEM tires

First off welcome to the forum. There are quite a few threads about this subject. I’ve heard good things about Pirelli WeatherActives, and you can’t go wrong the Michelin PS4 A/S. Continental also makes a great tire also.

What Brake upgrades are available for stock wheel size?

Offset isn’t what matters, it’s spoke clearance.

Single bolt diff brace, cold weather driveline vibrations

I've heard they increase NVH a lot and don't help at all. Personally, not something I reccomend.

Single bolt diff brace, cold weather driveline vibrations

They are all different design wise, but the Livernois and Steeda unit looks kind of similar. I myself like the ID-Speed unit. To me, whatever one is cheapest would be my choice, they are all very solid options.

    2025 EXPLORER ST TUNING

The 2025s have a completely different operating electronics compared to the 20-24s.

Steeda vs H&R vs Eibach decision

A lot of people have done Lethals springs (aka DX). DX had a couple problems with their springs but they seemed to have fixed them. Should be a perfectly good now!

Single bolt diff brace, cold weather driveline vibrations

I think there might be a tiny little increase in NVH, but shouldn't be bad at all.

2020-2025 EXPLORER ST SPORT EXHAUST - BLACK SKU: M5200ESTB

I get that every once in a while. Maybe could be bad spark plugs if that happens to you commonly.

Single bolt diff brace, cold weather driveline vibrations

I've never seen an ST with a red rear diff cover. Can't help you too much about the driveline vibration, I've heard the rear differential has caused problems with vibration on deceleration. If you drive the car a little hard, you should get an rear diff brace. I would get it for sure, that...

2020-2025 EXPLORER ST SPORT EXHAUST - BLACK SKU: M5200ESTB

You know what, now that I think of it I haven’t seen many go out as much as the original flex pipes, I’ve still seen a couple problems but not any many. To me though, if you’re doing a full exhaust, replace the flex pipes.

    SuperForged Big Brake Kit Review

Mustang 6g forum, any of the GT500 Facebook groups (where I saw that setup I mentioned), and Facebook Marketplace are where they pop up the most. Also, worth mentioning GT350 setups are a lot more prevalent and can be found for even cheaper.

Vibration when in Reverse and lurch when put into drive

In my recent experience, my ST would slam into reverse and crack out of gear when it was not up to operating temperature. Ended up being a burnt reverse clutch and clutch pack holder snapped or something. Master Technician said it was a common problem with the 10r60, although I've never heard of it.

Some issues about my 2024 Ford Explorer ST Line: after 9 month

I didn't realize someone had retrofitted a rear washer to their car, seems easier then I would have expected. It should apply across all trims.
