I had both replaced last week at the dealership, picked it up that evening then towards the end of the next day the clunking sound on the struts started again. I’m waiting to hear back from the dealership on another appointment. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Sounds like you need to trade it in. 2020 models don’t seem too reliable according to everyone here that has one and complained about theirs. I hope the dealership can find the issue on the coolant leak. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Finally after 2 weeks, I got my Explorer back with new struts this evening right at closing. No clunking or popping so we will see how many miles I can go before it strikes again. Hopefully this fixed the issue. UPDATE*** after a day of driving the clunking sound has returned on the new...
