    Wider tires?

Shouldn’t. I never felt a difference between OE-spec camber and the new alignment. Always feels solid as a rock.

    Wider tires?

1" spacers all around and -.5 degrees of camber in the rear is perfectly flush. The reason why spacers that are 1/4" bigger in the rear compared to the front look to have the rear wheels sitting the same as the front is because of the weird OE-spec camber.

    22x10.5 TSW Daytona Fitment

They fit but you'd want a quarter-inch spacer to make it perfectly flush. As far as rubbing, a 305/40 may rub a little, while a 295/40, 305/35 or 315/35 will fit perfectly fine.

Hood emblem. 1 year after purchase. Quality is #1 ???

I do notice when in Normal or Eco mode, the transmission is always in the highest gear, so when you go to step on it there is a delay as it fumbles to a lower gear. For example, at around 35 MPH it’s in 7 or 8th gear, and if you step on it it’s going to shift all the way down to 3rd or 4th. Or...

Hood emblem. 1 year after purchase. Quality is #1 ???

Unfortunately all of this is just normal for any modern vehicle. Shouldn’t be, but that’s just the way it is. Some of it is bordering nitpicking though, and I don’t blame you guys.

    More boost, more fuel

Nice! You shouldn’t break anything if you don’t drive it hard all the time…. But what’s the fun in that :-)

    Spare tire

Yeah and yours has the different spare wheel too. Odd.

Picked up my 2025 Ford Explore ST last week

Well it is bad if an engine is blowing at 100k miles. I would understand normal maintenance but that’s not good.

    JXB bushing insert

If you have the 2-bolt rear and the upgraded bolts will do nothing. The 2-bolts don’t have the bolt snapping problem, if you’re launching a lot the bushings are prone to failure, which the JXB units stop.

For Job 3 the ST unique fob was deleted alongside the spare tire.

Upgrade: Charge Pipes vs. Air Intake

Intakes don’t help power even if there was tuning available. Charge pipes won’t help without a tune, and even with a tune you won’t be available to feel the gains from the seat of your pants. Also keep in mind, if you want to get aftermarket charge pipes for the 2025, you need an aftermarket...

They can come on with the parking lights or headlights. The won’t come on with the Auto settings in the Day due to federal regulations about no DRLs with any other headlight or fog light lighting. That’s why the white strip gets dimmer when the headlights are on.

Exactly. Unless your FBO then the money is better spent other places.

Yeah these engines are as solid as a rock. It’s everything around it that is more prone to problems.

Not saying there isn’t problems, but you make it sound like you WILL have problems no matter what with these cars. Completely not true. My local departments love their cars, they hated their Dodges because they were horrific. If you’re department hates their Explorers, I’d want to know how much...

    Wider tires?

1” is flush with the proper alignment. You NEED to trim the studs though.
