loosening the muffler clamps, rubber mallet and a bit of cursing will get them straight. I was able to finally get them to fit better but was annoying.

whats weird is they are stating that they will replace the rear controls on deliveries that didnt come with them but you can currently order them online from Ford Parts distributors...soooo why not start installing them for folks...
