That's exactly what I did back in late 2021. Then it started happening more and more frequently so I took it in for the recall early 2022. Interesting that this one is another software update. But if it happens again after the update, they will have to replace the camera again.

My 2020 didn't have the issue until about 10,000 miles or so or about 11 months. Then it got worse and worse. Then they updated the software which didn't fix it. So they replaced the camera about a year ago. It's been better but still get the blue screen for a second or 2. Before it was blue...

The trail and deep snow/mud mode also have F-150 I believe. Every major YouTube review in 2019 about this vehicle talked about this cool feature. Ironically the Fusion was discontinued the following year!

How many miles? Mine was 11/19 build and had a slew of problems.

2021 added gloss black interior trim and different front seatbacks too.

Also windshield wiper heaters were only on 2020.

That was before the camera replacement for me. For almost a year, I've never had to restart the vehicle to have the camera come back. It comes back on its own. So it is "better." It's good enough that I haven't asked them to look at the problem again. The software update was Ford's BS solution...

Mine was not fixed by the software update from the recall so the camera was replaced almost a year ago and it works better. I get blue screen occasionally but it only lasts a second whereas before it would stay blue until you restart the vehicle.

It's supposed to turn the engine back on or stay on if engine warm up is needed. Also in summer when AC is running it's supposed to keep the engine running to keep the interior cool. I would recommend setting the temp higher on the HVAC to keep the engine running longer. I am more annoyed with...

I've used EZPass in mine and it wasn't even mounted on the windshield. It was in the center console and it still worked.
