    Half To Empty Tank Instantly!

This is the sixth car I've owned and happens to be my favorite but at the same time I've never had so many major repairs in such a short time!

    Half To Empty Tank Instantly!

I had that fantasy a few times!

Couldn't find the 'what have you done...' thread, so here's my '23 up on QuickJacks for the first time...

Back in 2019, the black wheels and red calipers were two details that swayed me away from a low mileage CPO V6 Nautilus! I still love the way my 2020 looks. I just wish it didn't drive so crappy. I've given up on them making it drive like before the FADA TSB and all the differential, axle and...

25 ST Powertrain Malfunction / Reduced Power

My troubled but still gorgeous 2020 with just under 58K miles on the clock is the devil I know! I'm definitely not trading in for another ST. The 2025 seems to have added a slew of new problems on top of the already flawed platform. I'm torn between keeping it another year until it's paid off...

    Half To Empty Tank Instantly!

I would have tried restarting to see if the low fuel warning went away before filling up. That way you would have known if it was a malfunction. I've never heard of this happening. I have twice experienced running out of gas. Once on an 1/8 tank 50 miles to empty result in stalling out on an...

    2 Dead 2025 ST’s in 8 Weeks

My 2020 ST built in November 2019 had a bad battery which died without warning after only 19 months and 17K miles. They replaced it and I've been with the replacement battery for 40,000 miles and almost 4 years. At that time, they said it was a bad cell.

opinions on totaled 2020 explorer ST

The other day I realized that I'm 56 years old and owned 6 vehicles and they all had alloy wheels from the factory. I've never owned anything with hubcaps or black steel wheels. So I don't have any hangups about my 21 inch black premium wheels in fact they were one of the big selling points for...

    Rear Camera Washer/Jet

One of the few reasons to love my 2020! I have all the features. I also don't want any 2025 Ford or Lincoln without parallel park assist. I've had and used that feature for 10 years now! Love it but Ford thinks no one uses it.

The problem with this Ford is it's fully a Ford North America product. My 2010 MKZ was based on Mazda6 and 2013 MKZ was a German Mondeo/Fusion platform. They were much more durable and reliable overall and I bought both slightly used CPO warranty. I kept both about 5 years and had ZERO...

    Transmission mount worn and replaced

At what mileage did this part go bad? I have 57,400 miles and starting to different noises and vibrations now. I think I'm gonna get rid of this thing before the end of the year if not sooner, if I see an irresistible deal.

Sadly my loyalty to Ford is fading fast. I had 2 Fords switched to Infiniti in 2002, then back to Lincoln in 2010 through 2019 I got this Ford. Now I'm shopping other brands again...

How to display SiriusXM radio music presets on one screen

To blow your mind even more, those buttons have a third function on mine. They advance the music track on MP3 players as well as Sirius "Replay" function where you can rewind and fast forward live music on the radio.

Chrysler still has those hidden steering wheel buttons probably Jeep too!

The hardest part of the past 5 years was being without my vehicle for a week or 10 days at a time. At least it was free repair and free rental or loaner. My favorite loaner was an Edge ST and a Bronco Sport.

DO NOT own that thing past warranty! Either extend the Ford warranty or get rid of it.

Yeah it's as if they're a startup company! I have had components replaced on my 2020 that have never been replaced in 40 years of driving!

Need advice: Transmission issues on 2020 Ford Explorer, P0772 code

I wish you had talked to me back in February 2022. I had my transmission rebuilt under powertrain warranty with only 24,000 miles. There was a TSB on it. That's why I bought an ESP at 3 years of ownership, because I knew I'd need warranty on this thing. So far most recent major repairs were all...

I've owned 6 cars since 1985, five of them Fords, and never had to replace a fuel pump, catalytic converter, axles, differentials or rear window due to defects. I've replaced all of the above and more since 5 years ago on this vehicle. I only have 57,000 miles! The only major component that...

    Recircling Air

Not the only annoying reset feature. What about the drive mode changing back to Normal every time you restart. Other brands alloy you to leave it in the drive mode you select. Also, the auto stop/start resets to on and can't be turned off permanently like other makes.

    Recircling Air

It's because the last generation Explorer had claims of exhaust/carbon monoxide leaking into the cabin from the rear hatch. Police officers claimed to be knocked out and caused fatal or near fatal car accidents. They had a recall and I even heard that the exhaust tailpipes being turned downward...
