    Fuel octane?

At brookshires grocery stores here we can get 93, ExxonMobil has 92 The marina store you can get 92 non ethanol..it's pricey. 93 was 3.14 here after my 20 cents off per gallon. Normally I get 50 cents, but this month we didn't buy many groceries???

    Fuel octane?

yes for me, filling the 19 hmm gallon tank with 93 or 92 is not going to kill me, i am all about the comfort and feeding of the drivetrain. but at same time, its nice to beat 19 at 75

    Fuel octane?

oh i agree, the variables are constant and never the same both ways, but for me the additional small boost in mpgs was noticeable i am happy i am finally breaking higher than 19.5 at real highway speeds not sure how folks are getting 22 plus at 75???

    Fuel octane?

I woukd agree somewhat My experience was two long legs at 75 Even though the speed was pretty much dead on, I still had to slow a few times from slower traffic until passing lane was available, Also this toll road is far from flat, nor absent of wind from different directions and especially so...

Thanks The 1st guy is an obvious a gear head. Plus He was holding back a bit..trying to contain his , let's go racing bug, awesome It's god hearing real people that are involved do pretty honest talks. He was clearly excited about his project I filled up 2 times now back to back with 92/93 For...

Updated FORScan sheet for 2020-24 Ford Explorer (All Trims)

that can happen, 1st check state of charge of your battery or have it plugged into a charger then disconnect, restart forscan and re connect to car and start the process again, and what connector cable are you using? and is your forscan copy the most up to date version 2.3 .61 is latest...

new 2023 ST Explorer and forscan and gauges

Sadly you cant.. It's in the system, but our IPC is missing the coding to display it. You can run forscan in data log screen and select every thing to watch But driving with a laptop in the passenger seat is a bit unwise Common sense would say..Ford built an st model.. put it in there at least...

    ST ECO MODE

I drove my f150 in snow slippery mode for almost a week , winter before last. We had . For our area a blizzard Black ice, slick spots etc..throttle felt very sluggish and lugging and held back. It may or may not have made a difference on low traction areas as far as wheel spin etc It did...

    Timberline Skid plate

Mine is due in. 31 July Last week I sat down with my parts guy at the dealer and found a weird parts issue If you use ford accessories it shows a few available If you search in ford parts..it conflicts and won't show you it for ST.. So it orders then was being kicked back So he re orderd in...

Ford moving future 3 row EV to unknown plant to make room for super duty production

I see . Edge was this last 2 years of production were all awd. Where prior the awd was an option. Awd edge drove so much better in slick conditions like heavy rain and the sneaky ice on bridges. For us in our area Awd or 4a is a must. Our roads get slick in summer real fast, a bit of rain and...

Ford moving future 3 row EV to unknown plant to make room for super duty production

That would be an edge Before we picked up the explorer I looked everywhere within 300 miles to find edge titanium with elite package, as it has all tye 360 stuff, lane keeping adaptive cruise etc Plus really nice seat stitching They are rare. Found base titanium easy. She wanted a ruby red...

Ford moving future 3 row EV to unknown plant to make room for super duty production

Still can't believe they killed off the edge It's price point, even fully loaded titanium was really a bargain. Seat 5, carry lots if gear and great mpg. We had 2 and the last one was 10 years old with zero issues, other than worn seat leather A super duty powrboost would be a winner
