FND Rear Fog Lamps (2020/2021 ST Part)

Hello, I am located in Ontario Canada and we now have a three step process to acquire your full G licence (it takes up to 2 years). Most new young drivers here take a minimim 40 hour driver's training course (in class and road) to be able to save money on the first two years of insurance...

FND Rear Fog Lamps (2020/2021 ST Part)

I generally understand that these are additional lights, but some have said they are as bright as brake lights and you have said they are like the tail lights or could be as bright as brake lights. Brights to the back are very bad for the drivers following your vehicle. If they thought you were...

FND Rear Fog Lamps (2020/2021 ST Part)

Giving the impression that you are braking in foggy or low visibility conditions is actually unsafe for all the drivers around you. I would be very uncomfortably following a vehicle with brights on the rear constantly. Turning on your hazard lights when necessary would be better as drivers...

    Drive problems using spare tire

Do you mean you cannot fit a fullsize tire in the spare tire compartment? As I am sure I can fit a fullsize tire on any of the wheel positions on my ST. :)

FND Rear Fog Lamps (2020/2021 ST Part)

Maybe the picture is not doing the rear fog lights justice, but I am unclear how those LED strips would be more visible than just turning on the taillights.

Those look like the real thing. Going by memory though.

    18" Wheels possible.

I picked up a set of used 2020 Explorer 18" aluminum rims off a AWD Limited. They are 18x7.5 with an offset of 37. They came with 255/65R18 rubber.

    Black stock 20’s pics?

Someone here powdercoated a set of 20" black. I painted a set of 18" black.

FND Rear Fog Lamps (2020/2021 ST Part)

I am still not convinced, but Europe generally has a much better road safety record than the US and Canada. Front fog lights are nowhere near as effective with the headlights on (full or DRL), so not having them on the front really doesn't surprise me. Cheers.

FND Rear Fog Lamps (2020/2021 ST Part)

Okay, but the number of times that you would need them is likely very low. Hazards at the time are sufficient to ensure people will see you. I wouldn't be happy following someone with extra bright tail lights.

Why not just turn on your tail lights?

    Borla Atak Exhaust For Sale

Did you account for the exchange rate? $1600 Canadian is $1168 US, so about $500 less than new. Don't know if that is a good deal or not.

    Front plate/frame question

In Ontario, there is a fine for painting your plate.

    22S27 Recall Unintended Problem

I have used the parking brake on my 2020 ST every time I park it and I have never had an issue.

    Ethanol/Exhaust Question

Thanks for the reply. It has done it from new (September 2020) and has not worsened over time. I just thought it was normal for a little fuel to get through while it warmed up. I will have to put it on ramps and observe a cold start from below.

    Ethanol/Exhaust Question

And I only run ethanol free gas.

    Ethanol/Exhaust Question

I can testify that my ST does a little snap, crackle, and popping when it is first started for about 30 seconds, then it settles down.
