It's not the small gap on the top isolator as I have the same gap. It's the second coil from the bottom rubbing the lower control arm cup.

Look at my post #20. Once I pushed the bottom of the spring off-center in the bottom control arm cup and get it away from the side, the rubbing and noise stopped. I too believe there is a problem with the construction of the rear springs.

I did not totally disconnect it, just loosen.

I loosened everything and retightened once lowered. The sound was coming from the springs hitting the lower control arm side. I posted pictures of what it was .Had to push the springs off center on the bottom Sotheby's wouldn't rub.

I just loaded Rev1 from ZFG (93 tune) and was doing some data logging for Rev2 when I experienced what other have talked about. 68° F right now. Traction control off, brake launch ~2500 rpms, lots of wheel hop and loss of power in 1st and banged off the rev limiter and didn't shift to 2nd until...

I measured the heights again today and I'm at 17" in the front and 17 3/4" in the rear. So they do look like there are settling some. I just had another alignment done this morning.

I checked out the rear end yesterday and was able to push, with a prybar, the bottom of the springs away from the lower control arm seat where it was hitting. The spring and bottom isolator were aligned properly but just seamed to be off-center or the second coil is just too wide.. I went had...
