exactly this. This happens when doing HPDE days on the track for newer drivers. They dont have bed the brakes correctly when new pads go on and will have a terrible wobble when doing higher speed braking. Need to scrub off the brake pad material off the exsiting rotors then go and bed the brakes...

it looks like it is meant for the Ford Transit vehicles. Edit - looks like it has additional hookups to allow you to use your OBD to power the device so is compatible with all fords probably?

honestly; if you're looking to get the intercooler upgrade you might as well do them at the same time. taking the bumper off is quite the feat. its not hard, at all but, its quite involved and takes about an hour to get off.

yeah its aluminium and is hollow so you could just tap into it and mount there. you'd need to make a custom bracket to make sure it sits closest to the front bumber

eh, probably not. sound is not consistant as an exhaust leak and is intermittent. If it was an exhaust leak it would be repeatable.

I would say that after mixing E with my 91 tune up to E30 as well as moving to E50 I too will hear a slight difference in the exhaust note. Also if accerating then abruptly letting off the gas (say in first gear accel to 3000 RPMs then let off) there can be a pop which I would assume would be...
