    Alignment Specs (Camber)

You shouldn't need camber bolts, if for some reason you do you can find them here: https://mcbayperformance.com/truck-suv/2020-2021-ford-explorer-greaseable-rear-cam-bolt-alignment-kit/ The biggest challenge is finding an alignment tech that will do it right, I ended up doing it myself at home...

    Whipple intercooler

I ddin't drill out the rivets either, but I think it would have made it easier. I took the radiator/condensor support breaket loose which was more difficult to line up and replace, especially by myself. So I used a floor jack and that worked, but definately took me longer than expected. And it...

Poll: How many have experienced a "rear axle bolt fracture" (POLL CLOSED 6-4-22)

That's good to hear, will be ordering the AWR suppor soon anyway.

    Whipple intercooler

The Whipple comes with instructions and the youtube videos are pretty good too, but on the '21 be prepared to drill out the rivets at the bottom bracket/support and replace them with new rivets and it won't be too bad.

Poll: How many have experienced a "rear axle bolt fracture" (POLL CLOSED 6-4-22)

My '21 ST has two bolts, but the way that stiffy diffy was straightened out doesn't inspire a lot of confidence. I'll have an AWR on order for installation after the recall is taken care of, at least for the additional support.

    New aFe strut tower brace

That looks nice! The Steeda bar is also significantly stiffer than the stock bar (which is pretty flimsy!). How beefy it needs to be depends on how solid the ST unibody is, either way I think it needs some support depending on how we drive them. Happy drivin!!

Poll: How many have experienced a "rear axle bolt fracture" (POLL CLOSED 6-4-22)

No issues so far with our '21 ST, build date 10/20 w/8k miles so far. Mostly use it for getting groceries and a couple of roadtrips, keeping my fingers crossed. Also thinking about the AWR Diff Mount just as added insurance to the two bolts.

    Tire size suggestions for 22s

Yes, the size and offset researched and determined by @UNBROKEN is the perfect setup for the ST. And yes mine is sitting on H&R Springs along with Steeda rear sway bar and strut tower brace. My wife and I love it!

No rubbing, even on a road trip loaded with luggage.

NEW Product : WHIPPLE Stage 1 package (intercooler, air filter, tune) *50 state legal!

Since I already have the intercooler will the RTD Tuner and air cleaner be available seperately at some point? I like the 50 State Legal since I live in California!

    What Tire Pressure???

Ours was at 49 psi from the dealer, I hadn't checked and a week later we took a short day trip and I decided to check the pressure since it seemed to ride a little harsh. That seems like a blowout waiting to happen! I currently run 33 psi from the sticker on the doorjamb.

    Drop springs and alignment.

Update on my alignment: After two local Ford dealers told me my truck was modified and there was no way to get my alignment into specs without further modifications, I did it myself in my garage with a bubble level as a gauge. Just loosened the inner upper control arm bolts, made my adjustments...

    Tire size suggestions for 22s

Thanks! The offset is +30 like most wheels you'll see in posts here, I was looking for 22X10.5 but in this wheel they only had the 10" width available. I like it because I don't like when the wheels are wider than the tires anyway, gives me a little more curb protection too! Yes, it's sittin on...

    Tire size suggestions for 22s

I'm also running 305/40/22 on Lexani 22X10's, I like the additional sidewall cushion for daily driving.
