Like the delay of the outside turn signal that you only see in a window or a cars bumper in front of you? If so.. it's like less than half a second off! Definitely worth the millisecond delay to have them on with the DRLs

That looks more like actual damage rather than paint peeling. How many miles? If you just brought it home from the dealership.. then they might fix it for you. If you've driven it for a few days.. you're probably SOL.
