    23188 is the newest version and should solve your issues. As @Cruising68 said update manually using a USB.

    2021 explorer ST pass side mirror replacement

    Ebay has a lot of mirrors listed for the ST. It would take some time and messages with the sellers to find the correct one. But I'm sure they would have one. Good Luck.
