    Mine did that some time ago. It is just downloading what you have already. It takes a number of days to finish. I turned off auto updates after that.

    New engine installed under extended warranty on my 2020 Explorer ST with 71,000 miles.

    Steam coming from the back of the engine is not normal. Nor is losing coolant. Sorry but your dealership sucks. I would insist on talking to the owner.
