    Interesting new find…and not a good one.

    It might be the opposite. The original was soft and made to flex. The polyurethane doesn’t flex and pulls the whole bolt and washer into that bumped part under tension, causing the ear to bend.

    Recall Rear Bolt Fracture?

    My 2005 Pathfinder with all its 260 horsepower has 4 bolts holding the rear. All Explorers should have the extra bolt. Ford probably saved 5 bucks per vehicle eliminating the sleeve in the subframe and the bushing. Pathetic.
