The pipes coming out of the air box with the filters are feeding the turbos, so it does look like they are using the factory intake pipe. They also have some cutouts on the front of the air box but I cant think they are getting much if any air flow through the leading edge of the hood.

It might be hard to see, is the intake side hanging out in the engine bay or is it connected to where the factory air box pulls in air from the outside?

I have a similar issue, my voice will go robotic after ~10 minutes on a call and cycling privacy on and off resets it temporarily. I am wondering how many of you (I have) made any changes with forscan maybe to shut off the fake engine noise? Could a change like that cause an issue like this?

What did you enable? I turned on the three mics, and some software option for the noise cancellation, there were also a few other options that sounded like it was related but I wasn't sure.

Update That is a very well molded heat shield where the crack is, I am taking it in tomorrow to have them check to make sure nothing is going on behind it but the trans should be fine.

I wont be touching it until I talk to the dealer about that crack on the boss for the dipstick. I am assuming it will be replaced under warranty, will be interesting to see how long it takes for the new transmission housing to come in.

I didn't see anything else that was close in the area of the posted image, the cooler is in the way so it could be behind the cooler.... I am pretty sure what I found is the dipstick
