Welcome Aboard! There is no better way to start your day or to perk it up if your day is not as good as normal! That's why they call it FORD PERFORMANCE!!

    X-Pipe vs. H-Pipe

"jwalkerftw": Kinda makes you think you opened a hornet's nest, right!?! LOL. This group has a lot of good experience and model specific knowledge; but at the end of the day, what is best for you and your budget. I have a 2025 ST with a K & N Performance Engine air filter, otherwise it was...

"Thundercat": Welcome Aboard. I can identify with your story. The very first time I got on it a little was taking a long freeway on-ramp. I forgot to tell my Very Lovely what I was going to do; she screamed so loud and I slowed back at 4,000 RPM while still in "break-in" mode. Tremendous...

    2025 Wheels

"Txclyde1": Welcome Aboard. Have you tried a "California Car Mop" for slotted wheels? This hand held "duster" works great in between the spokes and in/around the lug nut pockets. As for the painted rotors, a Car Detailer guy years ago showed me how to use a long wooden paint stir stick and a...

Hello all, just purchased a 2025 Explorer ST. I'm a Ford nut and i have 2015 F150, 1993 Mustang Cobra, and a 1965 Restomod Mustang.

"STDude": Welcome Aboard!! A lot of people are dying to see some pics of your Mustangs, including me.

"BrooseDaMoose": I wanted to add to your comment "Stay away from the Ford lug nuts! Go with McGard". SHELBY AMERICAN, Las Vegas installs McGards on their Shelby Conversions, BOTH of my SHELBY GTE's came with the McGard replacements for the stock Ford lug nuts.

2025 Explorer ST Experience is live

Excellent, Excellent!! When you get to the Park City Facilities, keep in mind what one of the Staff Members in Mid-March, 2025 told me. He said then there was well over 200 inches of snow that had accumulated there. That is why the driving source season is so short compared to Asheville, NC.

ramzmac68: Many thx. Ford deserves a lot of credit here for venturing into the performance aspects of their vehicles and especially the Explorer. It was not that long ago that these modern day Explorers that everyone loves now were mired with the "Exploder" moniker or their gutless years...

BrooseDaMoose: 100% agree about that Lightning Bolt and the F150 SVT Lightnings from the late 1990"s. They were NASTY!! And, I don't think we are wondering too far off topic because without the success of these rascals there would be NO Explorer ST's now.

BrooseDaMoose: That is exactly what I was talking about!! They had such clean lines and would have been very popular but a "Bean Counter" probably squashed the deal. The Mustang Ranchero was a similar deal; I don't think it was as attractive as the station wagon. From my prior days in the...

Thank you for your acknowledgements. When you start getting older you realize you're not the bullet proof stud you always thought you were. You don't heal as quickly, period. Anyway, these "Grown Up Mustangs" are the best "therapy session" you could ever want to go to both physically and...

What grade of gas do you put in your ST?

In the Navy, this particular technique was referred to as having an "Oklahoma Credit Card". You never traveled anywhere without that 6' long piece of garden hose.

What grade of gas do you put in your ST?

"66gt350ps" Very profound what you are saying. In my former life, I was the 20 year old kid Aircrewman who had already been to Viet Nam, I was invincible, or at least I told myself I was. God was with us during those "after dinner" cruises down the H-1. Over 50 years later, I know, for a fact...

"ramzmac68" Welcome Aboard!! You found an immaculate example; whoever had it before took great care of it. Prior to joining the Explorer World, I previously had (4) four very unique and different Mustangs dating back to 2010. My Wife very appropriately identified my ST as "A Grown Up Mustang"...

What grade of gas do you put in your ST?

66gt350ps: In 1972-73 I was stationed @ NAS Barbers Point with VP-17. Is the Highway "H-1" still there and can you give me a "rough" idea how fast you have been on it with your ST? LOL, LOL. My roommate had the first 4 cylinder 900 Kawasaki MC sold on the Islands; one evening we were...
