Late update but I got my ST back last Monday, they replaced 2 faulty TPMS sensors and reprogramed them, in doing what ever they did they set all my other settings back, so I have to spend 2 mins getting it aal reset. The back glass was replaced and I can confirm it works to defrost like it...

My ST is in the shop getting 2 replaced plus a rear window due to defective defroster. They don't last forever for sure.

if you look in vehicle settings you can find a setting for Global windows, if its not there its because Ford did not activate it, which you do with FORSCAN.
