    Rear end damage

The FenFab Diffy-stiffy looks pretty simple and is akin to what many supports look like across many car models. At the very least it will prevent a major shift if the single bolt is sheared. While thinking about the failure I was wondering if the existing bolt became un-torqued and created play...

Garage space enough? Need local help

LOL I put a line with blue painters tape on the garage floor so my wife knows where to park in the 2 car garage. Still only 70% effective hahahaha

    Rear end damage

There is room between the crossmember and housing on the 3 bolt configuration. Would it work to put a spherical bearing in between like in a suspension? This would absorb shock but increase stability in rotational aspect. The fact that the bolt would be long should not be all that consequential...

    Any Whipple Intercooler issues?

Zero issues. Install is just time consuming not difficult. On a side note, I guess to replace headlights you need to remove the whole front fascia. At least I know how to do that now :) Tommy

The Thermal R&D cat back exhaust PREMIER!

Well 5000 miles after install and still sounds awesome with no backed out bolts! So worth the cost! Tommy

    Different BOV’s in 2021 ST’s?

I wonder how they control compressor surge when throttle plate is closed abruptly? I will have to research that, maybe delayed throttle closure with adjustment of fuel delivery. I would like to be enlightened if anyone knows. Thank you, Tommy

Huge gaps on body work on many 2021!!! Please complain to Ford this is not normal!!!

OK back home and there is no difference between driver side and passenger side by feel. This is a 2021 build. here is a pic. you can refer to the passenger side from earlier posts. I am still very happy. Not perfect alignment but totally not noticeable at all. Tommy

Huge gaps on body work on many 2021!!! Please complain to Ford this is not normal!!!

Maybe buy the Range Rover Sport with the 5.0 supercharged engine. You will get similar performance and maybe better suited to your fit and finish. Get ready to $$$$. Or after someone door dings you you won't notice the slight defect so much. Get over it already.

    Just installed a Whipple intercooler.

Awesome! If you are not tuned the plugs are probably not needed but probably a good safety step. If you have a late 21 build check to see if the original BOV/recirculating valve is actually in existence. There are some other threads about this. Weird I know. Tommy

UPR Drain Plug or UPR Drain Valve?!?!

Another advantage of the UPR plug is it has a magnetized end to trap loose metallic particles.

Huge gaps on body work on many 2021!!! Please complain to Ford this is not normal!!!

I don't know about your particular vehicle but mine look really nice. Here is a comparison with a new BMW. I think Ford is doing a great job!

    Pick a Winner

For rubber, plastic, black trim I like Mother's preserves/protects. It looks great but will only really last 1-2 Florida rains.

    Pick a Winner

LOL, I use any good carwash solution. For finish well I am old school and Liquid Glass has never let me down. There was a period of time when it was not available but it is back now. I have used this on my vehicles for 30+ years and it is still great. Easy on and super easy off. It is like...

    Great to be here

This is the third thread on this situation. Why? You mentioned the damage was caused by a loosed barrel. This engine is not a barrel engine like in some aircraft design. You also stated you wanted to cut open the oil filter. This engine has a drop in filter with no casing. Maybe I am a doubting...

    2021 ST BOV

I have been around a while on many forums and I help with all technical difficulties on mods, repairs, fixes etc. Much of this knowledge comes from my experience. With the way these forums have become it makes it difficult to recognize the trolls from people who really need the help. When in a...

    Different BOV’s in 2021 ST’s?

I posted in the other thread as well. Mine build date is 01/2021 and it is there. I am pretty sure there needs to be a bypass valve in a turbo setup as without it the increase pressure on the cold side of the turbo may be damaging when the throttle is closed. Very weird. Let us know if you find...
