rear swaybar comparison AFE vs Steeda?

I was just postulating, but then I decided to do a bit of research: https://www.ford.com/police-vehicles/features/safety/

rear swaybar comparison AFE vs Steeda?

Step back from the situation and consider it en toto. It seems that due to some nice research from @jrgoffin the springs are the same. Also, the shocks are different and the swaybars are different. Why? Has anyone considered weight or wheel size and its effect on both suspension tuning and...

rear swaybar comparison AFE vs Steeda?

Certainly, the IRS vs straight axle means very different tuning on sway bars. However, I'm thinking there's also the difference in weight distribution front to rear. I've been involved in cars with more 60/40 F/R bias that weight 1000 lbs less than the ST and used much larger front bars.

    Missed Shift??!?

If you look at the link in @Cdubya 's #2 post above, that thread deals with a number of different scenarios in which this same thing has occurred. Not all of them are the same, some where a car is tuned and launching are certainly torque management related, but in the case of those with sharp...

    ExST Intercooler Comparisons

Some of these might be rebranded, but it's very unlikely they're doing anything other than putting their own end tanks onto bar-and-plate cores that are coming from just a small number of vendors. Bell and Garrett are well known, and I'm sure there are some Chinese versions out there.

    Missed Shift??!?

Are you tuned/modified? Sure you didn't hit the rev limiter? Any previous issues of trans slippage?

Post 2 - Oil catch can installation, observations and results

Exactly what about it makes sense? I'm not picking on you for buying a catch-can, but I'm very curious about why you think this provides "better low gear efficiency" as opposed to the existing PCV system?

    2020 Explorer ST starting problem

Just this week, I ran mine down to 10 miles remaining as I've found there is still approx 2 gallons left even at that point. And, I park on a hill with the nose up and have never encountered anything like what you're experiencing. It's most likely some type of fuel pump issue.

Electrical issues radio will not power on, phones will not sync and GPS locates you in Wisconsin when you are in Washington state.

This seems to happen as the battery goes bad. Not sure what year you own, but depending on the battery, that is very much like many have experienced as the '20 batteries start to die out.

Love the new 2.5" Thermal R&D catback <3

Like I said, sound "quality" is completely subjective.

Love the new 2.5" Thermal R&D catback <3

Any "debate" has never been about which one sounds better- that is completely subjective. The debate is whether a dual 3" exhaust is necessary in a vehicle which isn't making north of 1100 hp! Especially from people who are running stock cats and turbos.

Post 2 - Oil catch can installation, observations and results

You've definitely read the UPR literature- and swallowed the red pill. Increased gas mileage is just a ridiculous claim. What they didn't bother to post was that Ford's system is already electronically controlled. There is nothing wrong with a catch can on a GDI engine without port...

aFe Power Momentum GT Cold Air Intake System

You need to ask AFe. How would anyone on the forum know for certain?

For those thinking about a "performance" exhaust system

There are a number of exhausts that are "louder" on the market. If you're a DIYer, and want to keep stock exhaust, I'd replace the stock mufflers with something with less volume.

    Hate my 3" thermal exhaust

IMHO, you can never get a turbocharged even-fire V6 to sound like a NA V8. Think about it. The V8 has a cross-plane crank meaning that the separate 4 cylinder banks are NOT even fire. The ST has two separate 3 cylinder even-fire banks. One can certainly lower the tone through some creative...

    SCT X4 tuner / tune results !!

I can't speak for @UNBROKEN, but I will disagree with someone who doesn't make any sense. You come on this forum without even a modicum of politeness, you insist someone provide you with something that wouldn't do you any good anyway, you have no problem using profanity and telling people to...

    SCT X4 tuner / tune results !!

Do you have any idea how a forum works? Have you contributed anything? I mean, other than just being generally disagreeable and upset because people won't just give you what you want. You've lost whatever credibility and goodwill you might have had, and you're not the first to behave this...
