When I had my ST in the shop getting 2 TPMS replaced they used a tool to program the sensors. That code should self clear once it see the Sensors. I have no experience in replacement and programming the sensors but I would think a tool would make sense.

is it possible your Amazon relearn tool is bad? Myself, I would take it to a local tire shop and pay them to program them.

You will need to get the Correct maps from https://www.ford.com/support/sync-maps-updates/ and purchase the maps for your region if available. otherwise just use Google and Android Auto or Car play!

Depending on brand, I would doubt that Dish Detergent would do any serios harm to the plastics in your car. Clean up what you can as much as you can and move along. Dish Detergent doesn't rot the bottle it comes in so I figure its mild enough for duck but tough on grease!!
