I'm right around the 18-20 mark with a mix of highway & city driving. Behaving and pounding on it. Longer highway drives I'm low to mid 20's.

Not making excuses for the auto industry, but we also need to remember they are trying to pump vehicles out as fast as possible. So things are going to get overlooked and be done poorly... Unfortunately that's the climate we're in (and its more than just the auto industry). Again, quality...

I went from a Grand Cherokee to the ST... Honestly side by side comparison, it's a crap shoot. Both have things I love and both have things that drive me nuts. All comes down to personal preference and what you're looking for.

To go with that, is there data on what we gain from swapping over to the intercooler from you folks?

I mean they did work on your vehicle, 20 miles while a tad annoying is not worth throwing a fit over. Probably started with obviously making sure things are good to go after the work was done and yeah took an extended drive. I've had dealers do that. Yes annoying but not worth it.
