I do all of the uploading and downloading at the PC first. You plug it in and connect the app, and I'd say the tune loads in about 60 seconds.

Its fast with the ZFG kit, no need.

Have used Lund, PBD, Livernois and ZFG on different Fords. Been really impressed with ZFG.

Livernois was great on my edge st, but I like being able to submit several times for ZFG to work out transmission shifting, etc...
