I have the same issue, stopped cooling drivers seat. It blows cool air when it works properly. Funny enough, it stopped working after my sync froze and tech asked me to disconnect battery for 10 minutes

Was today for oil change with ST. They told me there is no bulletin posted on Fords portal as of now concerning this issue. We all just need to complain more i guess. I just can't believe there is not enough complaints yet about this issue.

well, i plugged it back in until i figure it out how to properly seal that connector there are 3 connectors and 2 of them are single wire. I suspect that motion sensor is two wire part and one of these is positive and one negative they are German connectors male part#42811300-PT and female...
