Before you disconnect the battery I'd hook up ForScan, or a good OBD2 scanner that can read module-based DTC's and see what the modules are spitting out for DTC's. SInce the warning comes on right as you turn the car on, it's likely a hard fault. One of the related modules will have a DTC set...

Im pretty fluent with it, and no changing those values dont give you those results. The reason they are there is because Ford places them there for other vehicles that have the capability to show that stuff.

I really think that there is a way to change the temp swing bar, on the water, and trans into a number. I'm looking for the article and link #'s for FORScan. I think it's on the 720-17-01 line. Anyone who's fluent in FORScan?

ChuckD23, That will be my ultimate option if conventional troubleshooting doesn't work. I don't have Forscan yet but it seems to be a necessary tool for getting all the 'techie options' set just right on the ST. Thanks for the reply. (y)

Yep, although someone found a fix for the P2C90 and are testing it more to see if they can implement it as an update.

Just be prepared for P2C90, P04F0 error codes with the FENFAB, while not everyone experiences them, they do occur. FORSCAN can clear them but the HP Tuners RTD4 cannot clear them.

Not with Forscan Lite but you can use the dongle with a Win laptop and Forscan you download. Just get a trial subscription or pay for one.

If you want a Quick Forscan setup for diagnostics, get an OBDLink MX+ and get Forscan Lite on iOS or android. But with what you did, there should be no reason for "audio off".
