Have you updated your SYNC to 23188?

Try charging the battery and see what happens. If the battery is low that can cause a lot of gremlins.

This OTA update was kind of a waste for me. Once it was finally done it was for SYNC 23188 which I had updated via USB when it was released.

The dealer may be able to program it for you. You are not able to program these fob's yourself. Only a dealer or a professional with the right equipment can do it. You would also need to have a new key cut.
