Those are preferences in your display setup using your menu buttons on the steering wheel. You just have to select them again. Often when you have updates or a factory reset it goes back to default settings and your preferences are lost. This has happened to me more than once.

Is the check engine light on? Mine did this at 2000 miles and the dealer reprogrammed the PCM and updated it. Now at almost 18,000 miles it hasn't happened again.
