So how does the whole tune thing work - you buy a module to load it then the tuner sends the file by email ... I know nothing about it so the basic explanation would be helpful thanks

You will have an issue with the dealer unless you go to a mod friendly dealer I think you know that

It's the lane assist for sure shut it off and take for a ride -

This is what you will get for your mods at sale "0" - and in some cases even less (devalue your trade) and if your dealing with a dealer they may make you remove them or just won't take the trade at all.
