I have gone by the read out which yourself and others have pointed out is flawed even calculating it though I'm within 2-4mpg of my dash read out.

Id say if your using eco mode and driving regular there my be an underlying issue concerning gas mileage. I use eco mode 90% of the time and the other 10% I go hard in sport .
