    You mentioned vibrations and a bad alignment can cause that. Def worth checking soon to see if it's a torque converter problem. I'd also ask them to check the Cv axles.

    Yes, they should still be a able to see that the tune was installed but it really depends on the service advisor. You may get lucky and he may just not mention it.
