I got the wrench today. 2900 miles. Also CEL for exhaust issue twice. First time they replaced O2 sensor. Have an appointment on the 9th for this issue, adding the wrench in too I guess. I'm slotted for a loaner.

I called Ford regarding my outage. They pointed me to the 'privacy settings' and data share info. I had to log out and then back in to fordpass for new settings to implement. I was never on hold and an agent was most helpful. Just a thought.

I did. I had to turn on data sharing with ford. This is located in your vehicle settings, under privacy. Hope this helps.
