    Alignment Specs (Camber)

I've read many posts saying they needed to modify the front wheel knuckle to strut bolt hole, others say it's not necessary. See Install section 3.2 below: https://www.foexplorer.com/ford_explorer_removal_and_installation_front_strut_and_spring_assembly-441.html

    Eibach pro done!

Target was -1.4 on rear camber with the cambolts installed. Got to -1.3 and I stopped, good enough for me. toe in is the width of the BG racing string approx 1/64" across the width of the 21" rim. Will drive around and recheck/adjust. https://www.bg-racing.co.uk/b-g-racing-string-lines-kit

    Oil drain plug leaking

    Oil drain plug leaking

Did you buy a box of Doorman plugs or one at a time? I ask because I bought a box of 5 but haven't used them yet. Wondering about shelf life.

    Eibach pro done!

    Water to air intercooler

what about the radiator getting blocked?

    Water to air intercooler

I would install a water to air intercooler in an alternate location that did not block the radiator, it gets up to 120+ degrees F out here in the summer. Haven't installed a air to air intercooler due to concerns about that.
